Bellevue - 10/2009 : I'm taking a class at Bellevue College called "Shoot to Show". The subject we have to shoot is Bellevue. We have to submit our 10 best shots to a jury & they'll pick 2-3 of their favorites from each person. Those pictures will then be hung in the Norh Campus of Bellevue College in for a show in January. Washington Floods 2009 : Washington was hit with a birage of water over the past few weeks. We had a record amount of snowfall for 2 weeks. Then the rains came & melted all the snow. Then we had 2-3 days of record rainfall and the water had no where else to go. People who have lived in the area for many years said they'd never seen it as bad as this. It was very sad to see this devastation in my own backyard, yet it's hard to believe it was worse in other parts of the state. (I wrote comments under some photos to describe what you're looking at)

First Snowfall - 11/2006 : It snowed in Seattle... and it made a mess of the roads! But the aftermath sure was pretty. And this was Oscar's first time in the snow. He was very cautious at first, realized it just made his paws a little wet, then he got adventurous & walked around the yard. I'm sure his fat kept him warm in the 20 degrees temp.

Carnation & Tolt, WA - 02/2006 : Went out for a drive on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Headed east to the little farming town called Carnation. Just down the street from it is Tolt, WA. Both are really small towns. There's one main street, one bar, a QFC a hardware shop & a coffee shop (not Starbucks!) Everything a person needs!
