Washington was hit with a birage of water over the past few weeks. We had a record amount of snowfall for 2 weeks. Then the rains came & melted all the snow. Then we had 2-3 days of record rainfall and the water had no where else to go. People who have lived in the area for many years said they'd never seen it as bad as this. It was very sad to see this devastation in my own backyard, yet it's hard to believe it was worse in other parts of the state. (I wrote comments under some photos to describe what you're looking at)
