1st Anniversary Trip - June 2005 Galleries

Pt. 1: Road Trip : Christian & I spent our first anniversary in the Southwest. We started out in Las Vegas & drove north thru Zion National Park. Then it was on to Lake Powell where we stayed the night. The next morning we traveled thru the Painted Desert, got caught in a flash thunderstorm & finally arrived at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, where we stayed the night. The next day we drove back to Las Vegas for 4 days/nights of poolside relaxation, buffets & a lil bit of gambling. We had a fantastic time! Looking forward to anniversary #2!

Pt. 2: Las Vegas : Well here we are in beautiful Las Vegas. We stayed at Ballys & spent 3 of the 4 days poolside. The last day we went sight seeing on the strip. Ended up at Mandalay Bay to their "Shark Reef" exhibit. It was actually pretty impressive. Then we hopped in a cab to go gamble "old school" style downtown. And as you know, it paid off!
